Gresalto was born from long-term expertise in Anatolia's rich mineral deposits. We set out to redefine a sector where quality was often compromised and global buyers were left with inconsistent supply.
Each day the production cycle begins in our high-tech facility and reaches quality control the same day. Within 48 hours, it is ready for international dispatch. The only link in between: Gresalto.

Technical Laboratory Testing
Before every shipment, tiles are tested at an independent accredited laboratory. Modulus of rupture, scratch resistance, and water absorption parameters are fully documented.

Export & Logistics
From kiln to container, an integrated supply chain
Manufactured tiles are sorted, stacked on reinforced pallets and shrink-wrapped, loaded onto heavy-duty trucks, and shipped worldwide in secure containers. Every step is documented and quality-logged.
01Palletizing & Secure Packing
Boxes are stacked on reinforced pallets in a standard pattern and secured with high-tension shrink wrap and edge guards; every pallet is labeled and traceable.
02Warehouse Loading
Tiles move straight from the automated warehouse into heavy-duty trucks with no waiting — the supply chain remains efficient and secure on its way out.
03Global Logistics
Loaded into 20ft heavy-duty containers and dispatched with customs papers, a certificate of origin and a detailed packing list on board.
